Artist Statement In this project I chose to do something more personal to me. I chose to do a bottle of pills and a bottle of liquor. Then I chose to do a mushroom on a plate. It looks like an Alice in Wonderland knock off, but really it's about trying to escape for the horrible reality and all the pain I felt. I chose to do a mushroom because when you hear to wonderland, a lot of the time people think of drugs. I know that when I hear those words I think trying to kill yourself.

Materials- Acrilyic Paint, Compressed Wood, Saws, Wood glue, Nails Artist StatementThe Ames House, is a house that creates an illusion to make two objects on one side of the house look larger and on the other smaller. This project was meant to show how each one of us look at the world differnetly. The way the house makes us precieve two objects that are the same, and make them different. By doing this it shows that each one of us is different.

Artist StatementThis piece was to represent all the different ways the skull can be interterpated. On the skull I have a crown of thorns. This was to show that even though god or whomever, is dead they are still the god of all. They will still reflect on our lives. Around the skull I have a purple scarf showing royalty, and power. I chose this because The skull has a power that makes people become afraid. And Then I have a rose bleeding on the base of the skull, this is to symbolize never ending love and that the wedding vow love till death do us part.
