2016 Supplies- Muslin Cloth Black, Purple, Blue Dye Wax Acrylic pain Artist StatementSo this piece of art was to capture a piece of your life and show what words could not have said. My piece was a part of my past when I was abused, it was the room that I became so familiar with that I was able to recreate it on a piece of paper. That was my life and even though the process that was done to make this artwork, somehow it still feels like I'm looking at it through a window. To a former version of me, even though there is no one in the room.

Supplies- Battleship linoleum, Print block, Bryers, Paper, Linoleum cutters Artist StatementSo this piece was about modern art. I choose to do body jewelry and gauges. Gauges are used in rituals so evil spirits do not go into your ears and feed you bad thoughts. It is also a sign of rebellion, they are used to show its not the parents body but your own. That we all make our own choices wither or not who is in charge if us care. Its our body no one else.

That everyone is gambling with the fabric of time that sometime we all will die and be left to gamble with time. This piece is meant to show that we need to think about our actions, because we don't know what will happen in the end, of our lives. This piece is about religion, and about how it affects our lives.

Its meant to show the mile stones we faced and that we over came all of them even if it was hard to do so. Life is to short to be angry with someone because of these simple things in life.
